Why is a card required for the trial?
Every scan costs us real money: Google searches through our search provider, and AI to score each post and write each reply. A card keeps the free week to one per person and lets the trial turn into a subscription without a second sign-up.
You pay $0 today and nothing before day 8. Cancel before then from Billing in the app and you are never charged.
Your card is entered on Stripe's checkout page and stored by Stripe. We never see the number.
When will I be charged?
On day 8, unless you cancel before then. Start on 1 March and the first $10 is charged on 8 March, then on the same date every month.
We email you before the trial ends, so the charge is never a surprise.
How do I cancel?
In the app, open Billing, click Cancel trial (or Cancel plan), then confirm. No email, no call, no questions.
You keep access until the end of the trial or of the month you paid for, and you are not charged again.
What happens after I cancel?
Access continues until the end of the trial or of the paid month, then stops, and scans stop with it. There are no partial refunds for the rest of a month, except where the law requires one.
Your trackers, results and drafts stay in your account, so you can pick up where you left off if you subscribe again. Ask us and we delete them.
Can I have another free trial later?
No. The trial is one per account, ever. If you come back after cancelling, the subscription starts at $10 a month from the first day.
What if a payment fails?
Stripe retries the card over the following days and you keep access while it does. The app shows a notice with a link to update your card.
Which currency do you charge in?
US dollars: $10 a month. If your card is in another currency, your bank converts it and may add a fee.
Is there an annual plan or a team plan?
Not yet. There is one plan, $10 a month, for one person, with up to 3 trackers. Accounts are not shared.
